If you're going to eat unleavened bread for seven days, you might as well make sure it pops off! Making your own matzo is easier than you think, and the end result is so impressive and tasty.

Technique tips: Make sure you roll the matzo out as thin as possible and score with a fork to avoid the air bubbles while baking. Beet chrain can typically be found in the Passover section of the grocery store or in the international aisle.
